APM (Advanced Personnel Management)

APM are experienced military rehabilitation specialists, involved in the entire lifecycle of Defence employment transition. APM employs allied health professionals and career transition coaches. We assist serving Defence force members to return to their roles following a disability injury or health condition; or to prepare for transition to civilian life and employment following an impending medical discharge. APM also provides ADF Career Transition Services under the CTAS scheme for any eligible discharging member. Our experienced consultants work with you to deliver a customised support program to give you the best possible start and transition in a new career. APM additionally provides assessment and rehabilitation assistance under the Department of Veteran Affairs Rehabilitation Program, with a whole-of-person approach. This intimate experience at all stages of the Defence employment transition lifestyle means that we

  • Understand the military systems, processes, rank, MEC structure, language and culture
  • Are allied health trained and are able to assist with medical, psychological, health and social barriers as required
  • Have networks internal and external to Defence to support service provision if of benefit
  • Value the skills ex-military personnel can bring to civilian employment, and are adept at recognising and translating those skills to assist you to reach your goals

Please contact us below for any rehabilitation, assessment or career transition support.
