Bradley Lawless

Bradley Lawless enlisted into the Australian Army and completed over 22 years of service. His postings included 5th Combat Engineer Regiment as a Combat Engineer, the Incident Response Regiment as a Firefighter,  the Royal Australian Corps of Military Police as a MP Platoon Sergeant and the 2nd Commando Regiment.

Bradley has over 20 years of service and experience in the NSW Public Sector. He has worked for NSW Health, Corrective Services NSW, the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing and the NSW Sheriff’s Office. Bradleys roles have varied from Custodial Correctional Officer, Inspector, Investigator, Compliance Officer, Learning and Development Officer, Assistant Superintendent, Learning and Development Manager and Superintendent.

Bradley has a history of assisting and advocated for veterans entering the NSW Government Public Service. Previously, Bradley worked for Corrective Services NSW, where he advocated for better treatment and programs for veterans in Correctional facilities.

Bradley has also produced policies encouraging veteran participation in the NSW Public service.

Currently Bradley is the President of the City of Blacktown RSL sub-Branch. He is a mentor for ‘Soldier On’. Both roles see him advocating and assisting veterans in the community.

While working for the NSW Government, Bradley has been a Veteran Employment Program Champion and a mentor for Veterans entering the NSW Public Service. 

Bradley believes Defence members skills, capability’s, experience, and personal attributes makes them a terrific addition to the NSW Public Sector or any perspective employer. He encourages transitioning ADF personnel to consider any role in the NSW public sector.
